Application Checklist

• A recent paystub
• If employed, W-2’s for the last 1 or 2 years
• Most recent 2 months of statements for any checking, savings, investment accounts    (all pages)
• If self – employed, your federal tax returns, all pages for the last 1 or 2 years
• Picture identification
• Address of residence(s) for past 2 years (including landlord/mortgage information)
• Address and mortgage information on all real estate owned
• If applicable, divorce decree, settlement statement, or bankruptcy documents

Your unique circumstances may require additional items that are not specifically listed above.  Or, you may qualify for a program that will not ask for most of the items shown.  I’ll review the list with you and tailor it to your situation.
